Ján Kozák (born 17 April 1954 in Matejovce nad Hornádom) is a former slovak footballer and later football manager.
He participated in UEFA Euro 1980 and the 1982 FIFA World Cup. In 1981, he became footballer of the year in Czechoslovakia.
